Sunday, November 25, 2018, 10 AM to 12 noon
Meet at the Rodeo Beach/Fort Cronkhite Parking Lot at the end of Mitchell Road (end part of Bunker Road in the Marin Headlands). We will meet near the bathrooms/beach showers at the end of the parking lot.
From the Alexander Ave. exit, you can get there (1) by taking the scenic, one way stretch of Conzelman Road, or (2) by taking Bunker Road (which has a one lane tunnel with a very long stop light for traffic each way!) Find your preferred directions based on your starting location.

Join Lisa Louis (of hikingautism.com) and family for a hike starting from the parking lot end of Rodeo Beach. We will do a 0.6 mile upward walk/hike with gorgeous views of the Pacific, and stop at historic Battery Townsley which features a large cannon from WWII. Be ready for an uphill walk, and remember, it’s easier going back down! This is a total of 1.2 miles round trip from the parking area.
Families may enjoy spending some time on beautiful Rodeo Beach after the hike.
Please email us at email@example.com and send us your name, email, cell phone, and number of people.
Hope to see you there!
